Driver Hire Edinburgh City is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced 7.5T driver to work with our prestigious catering client on a flexible, ad-hoc basis.Requirements:

• Licence: C1 Licence
• Certifications: Valid CPC & Digi tacho cards
• Licence Points: No more than 9 points, with no endorsements exceeding 3 points
• Physical Fitness: Able to perform heavy lifting
• Endorsements: No DD, DR, CD, or IN endorsements
• Skills: Confident in manoeuvring in tight spaces and driving a manual truck
• Age: Applicants must be 25 or older due to insurance requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver catering supplies to events and businesses
• Work with a porter for assistance with heavy lifting
• Perform routine vehicle checks
• Complete necessary paperwork

Benefits:

• Pay Rates:

• Monday – Friday: £12.50 PAYE per hour
• Overtime (after 8 hours): £16.62 PAYE per hour
• Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours’ pay per day
• Flexible ad-hoc shifts to fit around other commitments
• Weekly payments
• Holiday accrual for every shift worked
