Your day might include assisting with demolition, performing detailed cleaning, and handling various labor-intensive tasks to ensure our projects run smoothly. You help prepare job sites by removing hazardous materials safely and efficiently, setting up containment areas, and supporting the team in restoring spaces to a safe, livable condition.Your work often involves physical tasks like lifting and carrying materials, climbing ladders, and working in confined areas such as attics, basements, or crawlspaces. Wearing protective gear like a respirator, you’re a key player in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard of safety and quality. Every day, you contribute to making homes and businesses safe and sound again.QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of experience in the construction or restoration industry (relevant cleaning experience may be considered)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hour shifts
• Valid Drivers License (No Restrictions)
