Your Role:This role is central to preparing and delivering program inclusions including academics, orientation, housing, arrivals, and co-curricular activities for CEA CAPA Paris. Key responsibilities include: facilitating logistics across all departments; leading or accompanying student activities & excursions; supporting students with acculturation and wellness needs; promoting engagement with French and Parisian culture and fostering community integration; assisting during student emergencies; participating actively and enthusiastically in the Student Life Office. This position reports to the Director of Academic Affairs.What You’ll Do:

  • Academic & Internship support
  • Support the Academic Coordinator and Director of Academic Affairs on course scheduling & classroom needs.
  • Serve as first point of contact with faculty on routine/daily needs.
  • Assist with reservations for curricular inclusions.
  • Support the PASS Coordinator – Internships with administrative needs including tracking student hours and producing documentation in line with CIP requirements.
  • Oversee classroom needs including regular IT checks.
  • Serve as first point of contact with students on routine/daily academic inquiries (Canvas access, course schedules).
  • Manage student ID card ordering & replacements.
  • Provide administrative support for courses, syllabi, and the Canvas platform.
  • Help with budget adherence and reporting.
  • Student Support & Well-being
  • Embody CEA CAPA’s duty of care, with particular focus on:
  • Assisting students with medical needs including making medical appointments as needed;
  • Redirecting students to the appropriate support staff in cases of mental health needs, sexual assault, harassment, or roommate issues
  • Serve as first point of contact for student inquiries about Paris and program-related matters.
  • Stay informed about student wellness resources and relevant activities in Paris and in France.
  • Housing & Student Services
  • Assist with housing preparation, check-ins, and check-outs, including corresponding paperwork.
  • Support the Paris team, as needed, with housing management tasks.
  • Program and Activity Facilitation
  • Assist in planning and carrying out arrivals, orientations, excursions, and cultural activities.
  • Lead or assist with student activities and excursions.
  • Facilitate communication with students about program activities via newsletters and other channels.
  • Administrative tasks
  • Assist with documentation and administration for housing, student affairs, and academic affairs.
  • Update and maintain program documentation for students.
  • General Team Participation
  • Welcome students and visitors; handle package reception.
  • Actively participate in staff meetings, projects, trainings, and calls regarding policies and company updates.

This is a temporary, full-time position. Standard work schedule is Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, and Friday 9:00am – 2:30pm. Occasional overtime hours—both expected and unexpected—will be required. Some weekend work for activities & excursions may be required.What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French
  • Authorization to work in France
  • Prior experience and a passion for working with young adults, ideally in an international education context
  • Solid computer abilities and comfort using a PC (Microsoft); proactive attitude regarding IT troubleshooting
