And then for anyone’s everyday needs: for drivers who make it their living – every day, and beyond.About the Role:Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office (WC1X 0BJ)We are hiring for an Account Executive to support the growth of the Gett B2B business. Our Corporate sales team has experienced significant growth over the past year and the successful candidate will continue this momentum. We are solving a problem that many corporations ignore – unmanaged, out of control, hidden spending and extensive costs, as a result of ground transportation.You will bring knowledge and experience of dealing with corporate customers. You will be a key part of the sales team and will continuously look for new business opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline of prospects and opportunities, demo/meet with prospects and close business to achieve targets. Our B2B segment is exceptionally fast paced and the ideal candidate will have a hunger to grow within the role and enjoy an environment where they can have a huge impact on the future of the business!Responsibilities:

  • Build on and execute Gett’s B2B new business strategy – grow revenue via signing new clients, onboarding them and driving adoption within these accounts
  • Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns
  • Researching and developing for clients within Gett’s target industries
  • Creating, managing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of interested prospects
  • Exceed monthly targets for rides and revenue – Main targets are on Take Rate and Sign ons
  • Develop a robust pipeline and monitor it using the Company’s CRM system
  • Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to share best practices and make recommendations to more effectively close sales and ensure customer loyalty
  • Objections handling and problem solving with prospects and clients
  • Platforms and tools we use are Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator but open to others if you have not used then

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience as an Account Executive, Business Development or similar
  • Experience working within a SaaS/Tech industry and selling a SaaS solution
  • Experience with the whole sales process from lead generation to “closed won” and ongoing account management. Having a hands on approach, able to generate leads from scratch where necessary
  • Proven ability to create and present outstanding presentations/pitches/demos
  • Experience of pipeline management
  • Able to multitask and prioritise multiple work-streams, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Are excited about the opportunity to grow with the role and help develop new processes

Interview Process: * Talent Screen – (30-40mins) Our Talent and People Partner Joe Phillips will be asking around your experience and motivation for joining Gett 🧡

  • Video Interview – (1 hour video call) Alec Tewari (Senior Account Executive) will take this meeting 😍 They will be diving deeper into your sales experience, asking questions around outbound, inbound and prospecting, working towards targets, client relationship management and what you understand that Gett does (we don’t expect you to be fluent in what Gett does but a good understanding of what we offer🤌) You will also have the chance to ask Alec questions
  • Peer Review – (1hr Video call) Here you will meet 2 fellow Getters Rosie Mckinnon (Director of Customer Development) and Miles Hershkorn (Director of Sales) your future Manager✨ – We will task you with a brief (and I mean brief) Presentation then the team will ask questions in a competency style interview. Competencies they will be asking around are: Relationship Building, Drive to Succeed, Staying Positive/ Resilience, and Proactiveness. You will also have a chance to ask questions
  • Alignment Chat – (15 mins) Miles Hershkorn (Director of Sales), an opportunity for final questions to ensure complete alignment on the role and Gett
