Description du poste et MissionsSpecialized in IT, Our client works with 16300+ merchants across 10 different European countries, and the acquisition of new Mid-Market accounts in the international markets is one of their pivotal focusesIf you’re looking for an opportunity to evolve in your sales career, joining their Sales team as an Account Executive Mid-Market will be a decisive first step.Mission:As an Account Executive Mid Market working for the Belgium market, your main responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire sales cycle (for both Outbound & Inbound) of new Mid-Market accounts (turnovers between €10M-€250M) from prospecting, leads qualification to negotiation and contract signature, and primarily engaging with C-Level Executives
- Representing the company at trade shows and conferences in BENELUX and Europe
- Contributing to the optimisation of internal processes to support the company’s scalability
- Organising and tracking sales activities via CRM
Profil recherchéAs an Account Executive Mid Market working for the Belgium market, your main responsibilities include:

Profil recherché:You will be a good fit for the role if you have:
- Experience: you have between 1 and 4 years of relevant experiences in similar functions (internships & apprenticeships excluded) and selling B2B software solutions
- Language: fluency in both French, English, and Flemish are mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial skills: you are at ease in managing the entire sales cycle, in negotiation & closing discussions
- Strong organisational and structured approach to understand the complexities of retailers’ needs and a high level of accountability and methodical progression to ensure follow-ups with prospects until closure

About the recruitment process:
- Phone interview with Recruiter (30 mins)
- Remote interview with Hiring manager (60 mins)
- Remote / On-site Business case study presentation (60 mins)
- On-site Final interviews with VP Sales (30 mins) & the team (30 mins)
