  • Over Achieve sales quota as an Individual Contributor managing a cluster of Mid Market growth accounts in North America region.
  • Build strong relationships with CXO / decision makers / senior Management to position GEP’s value proposition & drive deals to closure.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and acquire new logos
  • Leading presentations with the customers, including persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Partner with Inside Sales, Solution Design, IT, Legal & Finance, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption
  • Establish and maintain key account relationships to develop and implement strategies to acquire new logos.
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to identify enterprise client pain points and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client.
  • Assertive, Passionate, Consultative, loves to compete and win
  • Should be an excellent communicator & strong presentation skills to articulate GEP’s Offerings in the international market

What you should bring

  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex ”lead gen. to close” sales cycles with a focus on acquisition of new customers (Hunter role)
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience in understanding customer needs, creating tailored pitches and solutions that are focused on the specific needs of the customer.
  • In addition to being an expert storyteller, you should also have strong understanding of building relationships with senior managers and executives.
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle including Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement.
