This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team to ensure that all back office functions within the remit of the team are carried out within service level agreements.You will also:– Ensure that the team are developed and trained, conducting monthly performance reviews and addressing any performance gaps or conduct issues.– Be accountable for personal and departmental service levels.– Maintain and communicate procedural requirements to all team members, operational teams and sales team, ensuring shared best practice and identification of improvement areas– Manage back office functions relating to manual processing– Oversee task triage and prioritise tasks within the team– Perform regular first line audits of key controlsWho we are looking forIf you’re an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company.
