Account Management Executive – InTimeWe are searching for an experienced Account Management Executive – InTimeMake an Impact at RSM UKConsulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.At the heart of Consulting are the six solutions we offer our clients: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our solutions create an enhanced tailored approach to support our clients in achieving their strategic goals and empower our people to make an impact and develop their own unique career path.As an Account Management Executive, you will be developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders with the aim of ensuring their needs are met, identifying additional revenue opportunities of other RSM services, enhancing the client experience and retention of their business.Candidates will be tenacious, highly energised, and motivated individuals, with a high level of commitment and passion for achieving levels of service excellence.You will make an impact by:

  • Providing effective relationship management for Employer Services clientele, prospects and the RSM network, including Partners.
  • Supporting the Account Management Team’s activities and tasks.
  • Conducting account reviews with existing clients (post implementation and ongoing) to assist with identifying and managing expectations and enhancing service provision standards.
  • Liaising with Account Management Associate Director and team to identify at risk accounts and create an appropriate action plan.
  • Handling enquiries from clients and colleagues and act as a point of contact for the Account Management Team.

  • GCSE Maths and English Language – Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Experience of providing excellent client care in a proactive, fast paced, office-based environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating at a range of different levels, up to Director.
  • Computer literate and technically competent using web sites, web applications etc.
  • Be able to demonstrate consultative approach.
  • Be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail so issues are rare and limited checking of work is required.
