Account Manager

This is a 6-9 month assignment where you’ll join a compassionate and innovative team based in downtown Seattle. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for caregivers, employers, and stakeholders, helping to make sure their needs are met and that everything runs smoothly. You’ll be playing a key role in tackling workforce challenges in this growing field.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve the trickiest cases yourself
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to advocate for caregivers and ensure top-notch service
  • Manage relationships with employers, document visits, and keep the communication flowing
  • Support the Customer Experience team with special projects and day-to-day operations
  • Gather and act on caregiver feedback, especially around tech challenges, and make sure their needs are heard across the organization
  • Account Manager Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or customer experience management roles
  • A talent for working with diverse teams and solving complex issues
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience handling sensitive customer situations and advocating for client needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with tech – experience with Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce is a big plus!
  • Schedule:

    Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    Pay:

    $36-$40/hr
