Account Manager

This is a 6-9 month assignment where you’ll join a compassionate and innovative team based in downtown Seattle. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for caregivers, employers, and stakeholders, helping to make sure their needs are met and that everything runs smoothly. You’ll be playing a key role in tackling workforce challenges in this growing field.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve the trickiest cases yourself

Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to advocate for caregivers and ensure top-notch service

Manage relationships with employers, document visits, and keep the communication flowing

Support the Customer Experience team with special projects and day-to-day operations

Gather and act on caregiver feedback, especially around tech challenges, and make sure their needs are heard across the organization

Account Manager Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in account management or customer experience management roles

A talent for working with diverse teams and solving complex issues

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Experience handling sensitive customer situations and advocating for client needs

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable with tech – experience with Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce is a big plus!

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay:

$36-$40/hr
