The right candidate for this role will have 2+ years experience in a prior account management position, be comfortable building and creating relationships with new and existing clients, and have a strong customer service background.

Account Manager Job Duties:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Handling all Customer related concerns
• Quality Inspecting services to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify and help solve customer pain points
• Provide customized service solutions to commercial property managers

Account Manager Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years prior account manager experience
• Property Management experience a plus!
• Must be available to be on call nights and weekends
• Valid Drivers License
• Great longevity in prior roles preferred

Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (on call nights and weekends – expect to work 45-50 hours/week)

Pay:
$70-$80k DOE

Location:
In Office – Tempe (Rio Salado and the 101)
