The Field Account Manager role will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.

Responsibilities

  • Managing of base of around 75 clients with a portfolio value of circa £1.8m

  • Driving new business, upsell and year on year like for like increases across the base.

  • Managing renewals effectively to ensure attrition is at a minimum.

  • Creating and implementing effective account/territory plans.

  • Working with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to feedback trends to help shape our go to market actions.

  • Educating customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge.

  • Meeting with senior decision makers and stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.

  • Building out contacts across multiple departments.

  • Working to a challenging set of KPOs.

Requirements

  • Have at least two years experience in a B2B Account Management Role

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as presentation skills.

  • Have a solid understanding of sales methodology.

  • Have excellent commercial understanding and analytical skills.

  • Possess the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.

  • Be results and target driven with a self motivated aptitude

  • Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities
