Come join us.About the role:In this role, you will manage, mentor, and lead a team of Account Managers, guiding them as they manage a portfolio of accounts in partnership with Customer Success Managers (CSMs). Your focus will be on driving upsells and renewals, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and solutions.
- SaaS Account Management experience for B2B organisations
- Experience owning EU book of business with targets on expansions: Upsells & Uplift
- Experience managing an AM team
- Experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
- A passion to learn the products’ functionality
- A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
- Executive reporting and ability to communicate effectively across the C-suite
- Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies
- Experience with SFDC, Asana and/or ChurnZero – advantage
- An HR or HRM background – advantage
- Any other additional language proficiency – advantage
- Oversee a team of Account Managers, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our clients and meet their individual performance goals.
- Build and execute a QBR Growth plan – focusing on the top whitespace opportunities and path to quota attainment for each quarter.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team members meet their targets.
- Prioritise ongoing training and development to improve the team’s skills and performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, multi-threading and strategic account planning.
- Work closely with customers to qualify need and pain, and present solutions to solve business problems and help our customers achieve their business goals.
- Become a trusted advisor providing tailored solutions that provide a positive, demonstrable ROI against key performance indicators.
- Become the customer advocate in HiBob, collaborating with our Product, Development, Marketing and Customer Success teams to prioritise customer needs to open up more opportunities for expansion and value realisation.
- Monitor and manage the daily activities of the Account Management team.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Use CRM and Dashboard tools to track team performance and attainment of targets.
- Protect existing revenue streams, identify opportunities and risks.
- Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate downsell and churn.
- Meet growth and retention quarterly KPIs through data-driven analysis, planning and execution.
