We are seeking someone who ‘gets” digital to serve as an Account Manager. Someone who understands data and is a great storyteller. The Account Manager is a client-facing role, responsible for coordinating and planning campaigns as well as monitoring performance. The ideal candidate is a Marketer with a working knowledge of digital marketing. They take it upon themselves to stay current on industry trends. This person is a self-starter, organized and solutions-driven who works well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.What you’ll do:· Lead client relationships and manage the overall account management process for your assigned accounts.· Demonstrate thought leadership and confidence as the day-to-day voice of Company.· Use a variety of analytics tools for monitoring and reporting of marketing campaigns· Acquire in-depth knowledge of each clients’ business including key issues, competitive situation and industry trends· Demonstrate good judgment, ability to foresee potential issues, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.· Effectively present the agency’s POV, recommendations, and deliverables to a range of client industries and objectives.· Work alongside other Account Managers and Leadership to create roadmaps, plan strategic initiatives & lead optimization efforts to hit client goals and targets.· Ability to use data, industry insights to recommend new opportunities for clientsWho you are:· 2+ years’ account management experience in agency environment or client-side digital marketing experience required· Knowledge in SEO, SEM, Paid social and digital marketing programs (e.g. Print, Display, Social, media, email marketing)· A passion for marketing and client service· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Able to work independently and efficiently to meet organizational goals· Demonstrated organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.· Deadline-oriented, and able to deliver high quality work to clients in a fast pace environment· Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills· Experience with performance marketing (Paid Media, SEO, Social media marketing)· Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute in a fast-paced agency environment with rapidly changing priorities.We thank in advance all applicants for their interest, however only those candidates under consideration will be contacted.
