The team play a critical part in providing our customers with an excellent first impression of doing business with us, whilst ensuring that these excellent standards are maintained throughout their journey with us. The team are uniquely positioned to play a core role in coordinating with multiple key stakeholders every single day, this provides a platform to drive change and enhance our current ways of working.About the job:The role provides the successful candidate an opportunity to take responsibility of onboarding & fulfilling customer projects to the highest standards. It provides the candidate to showcase an excellent eye for detail & accountability to do the right thing for our customers and business.Responsibilities:Being able to accurately review and input contracts received and provide setup and billing support of all products we supportEnsuring pricing details are input accurately and troubleshoot any billing/invoicing/account set up related inquiriesBeing meticulous in the detail, ensuring that we on-board and fulfil customer requests efficiently whilst balancing the needs of the business, to deliver a truly excellent customer experienceCollaborating is crucial when working internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance & technology.
