Accountant | In Office | Direct Hire

This position is a Direct Hire, full-time Accountant role working on site, in office.

Accountant Job Duties:

• Perform accounts payable and receivable functions
• General ledger, month end journal entries and reconciliations
• Sales/Use Tax reporting, 1099 generation
• Assist in solving invoice discrepancies with vendors and customers
• Perform accounting and reporting duties
• Some HR duties – onboarding new employees, benefits enrollment

Accountant Requirements:

• 3-5 years recent experience in an accounting role
• Compliance with GAAP
• QuickBooks Desktop experience REQUIRED
• HR experience a plus
• Expert in Microsoft Office Excel

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred?

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: up to $75k DOE
