This is a full-time, temp to hire Accounting role. This company designs, develops and manufactures technology used for polarization measurement. In this role, you will be supporting the accounting manager doing a variety of tasks that include accounts payable and receivable, processing customer POs and sales orders and assisting with financial statements. This is a great opportunity to plant your feet with a company to continue your career.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Process POs, sales order and invoices
- Reconcile and post payments
- Maintain customer accounts within ERP system
Accounting Requirements:
- Minimume 2 years recent accounting experience
- Experience using an ERP or MRP software
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel
