This is a full-time, temp to hire Accounting role. This company designs, develops and manufactures technology used for polarization measurement. For over 50 years they have been delivering innovative products to their customers. This is a laid back enviroment that supports growth and rewards success.  

In this role, you will be supporting the accounting manager doing a variety of tasks that include accounts payable and receivable, processing customer POs and sales orders and assisting with financial statements. Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Process POs, sales order and invoices
  • Reconcile and post payments
  • Maintain customer accounts within ERP system

Accounting Requirements:

  • Minimume 2 years recent accounting experience
  • Experience using an ERP or MRP software
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel

Schedule
: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

: $24-28/hr depending on experience
