For additional information, visit .Summary:We are looking for a highly organized, motivated individual with dynamic interpersonal skills. This individual will be an integral part of our accounting team responsible for accounts payables processes, cash receipts processing, journal entries, monthly reconciliations and reporting.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices, manual cheques, and wire payments
• Maintain cash and cheque logs
• Research and resolve accounts payable issues directly with vendors or accounts payable team
• Maintain compliance with internal controls
• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare bank deposits
• Prepare petty cash floats and reconcile expenses
• Support show accounting in compiling necessary show file documentation
• Support booking department as required
• Support festival accounting as required

Skills & Qualities Desired:

• Strong organizational & time management abilities, detail oriented
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 years general accounting experience
• Ability to multi-task, proactively solve problems, and meet time-critical deadlines
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
