A high-end electronic
equipment electronics company located in Milwaukie Oregon is hiring an Accounting Clerk. This is the perfect opportunity
for anyone who has over a year of experience working in accounting.
In this position you will wear several
different hats. You will be responsible for basic AR/AP tasks, some reception,
and providing admin support to the sales departments.
Accounting Clerk Duties will include;
- Answering phones, returning emails, and occasional
customer service - Answering sales orders, generating invoices,
collections, and making deposits - General Ledger/month-end balance sheet reconciliations, completing
check runs, and issuing credit memos
Accounting Clerk Qualification:
- 1-2 years of experience OR education in a role with accounting
duties; AR or AP, invoicing, bookkeeping, collections, or banking - Work history that reflects ability to provide
exceptional customer service and has outstanding in-person, oral, and written communication skills - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with
diverse job duties
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 Depending on Experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
