Accounting Specialist

An established, well-known Title & Escrow company, located in Bellevue, is looking to add an Accounting Specialist to their team. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire position with potential to convert into a permanent role; they love to promote from within!

In this position you will be supporting the home buying process as an Accounting Specialist in the Accounting Department.

As an Accounting Specialist you will:

• AP/AR tasks such as processing incoming and outbound invoices
• Voiding Checks
• Data entry
• Post journal entries
• Complete reconciliations?

Qualifications:

• Ability to type 50 WPM accurately
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with AP/AR
• QuickBooks experience

Pay: $23-26/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: Bellevue, WA
