– Clear paths for career growthYour Key Responsibilities:– Accounts Receivable: Manage deposits, billing, and invoice follow-ups
– Accounts Payable: Reconcile payments, process invoices, and prepare documents for cheque signing
– Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory control
– Balance Sheet Analysis: Review account balances in detail
– Journal Entries: Prepare and post key entries
– Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile campaign revenues and create complex Excel reports
– Bank Reconciliation: Manage multiple accounts and ensure accurate reconciliation
– Cash Flow Reporting: Prepare daily cash flow reports and other key reconciliations
– Additional Tasks: Handle any other tasks that may ariseWhat You Bring to the Table:– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
– Expertise in bank reconciliations
– Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in AccPac (required)
– Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
