And our managed sites include some of the biggest, most challenging wireless environments in the UK, including railway stations, Canary Wharf, City of London and events like the London Olympics.The RoleWe are presently hiring for two Accounts Assistants to join the team here at Freshwave. These are brand news roles and will act as the first point of contact for all finance queries, managing the accounts mailbox, responding to internal and external finance queries in all formats.Key responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, preparing Supplier payments, onboarding suppliers and reviewing staff expenses.
• Sales ledger responsibilities will include raising customer invoices, sending customer statements, posting customer receipts, onboarding customers, customer credit checks, customer account reconciliations as required and supporting business with any finance related sales activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ideally using D365 F&O preferred
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
