Accounts Payable Clerk

This company is looking for a
full-time, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk 
to jump in and help out their team with posting invoices, statement reconciliation, and payments. This is a supportive, family-feel environment where you are able to gain accounting experience and have detailed training.

Although this is a temporary role, it could become permanent hire for the right fit!

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties:

• Invoice posting
• General data entry
• Reconciling of statements and receipts
• E-payments for vendors
• Accruals

Pay:
 $25 – $28



Schedule
:
Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of accounts payable experience 
• Office-based data entry or customer service experience
• Previous experience with Quickbooks and MS Office
