Accounts Payable Clerk role could be a great fit.

This is a full time, temp to hire position where you’ll get full training on their systems and processes, but they’re looking for someone with previous experience who can jump right in.

Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers via phone and email regarding quotes and invoices
  • Sending and receiving invoices, quotes, and estimates
  • Accurately perform data entry to send vendor bills, and create invoices 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4pm

Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of of QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook

Pay: $26/hr
