Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to manage key accounting tasks? We’re looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to process bills, handle expense reports, and prepare GST/QST filings.Join a well-established company that values accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:– Ensure vendor bills are paid on time and accurately.
– Review employee expense reports and ensure compliance.
– Prepare and file GST/QST reports promptly.
– Reconcile accounts and track bank transactions.
– Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
– Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:– 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
– Familiarity with GST/QST reporting.
– Proficiency in accounting software Sage and Excel.
– Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
