Accounts Payable | Part Time | Flexible Schedule

A local ocean barge transportation company who provides freight forwarding services to and from Alaska and Hawaii, is adding a Accounts Payable | Admin. associate to their busy team.

As an Accounts Payable | Admin. you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering invoice and billing information into the company database.

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour

Accounts Payable | Admin. Job Duties:

  • Read and interpret bills
  • Enter and update invoice data into accounting system
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records of entered invoices
  • Validate invoice information and cross-check for accuracy
  • File and scan paperwork

Accounts Payable | Admin. Skills:

  • Two years of recent experience working in an office environment
  • One year of recent experience processing invoices and billing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and Legible Penmanship
  • High attention to detail

Shift:
 Monday – Friday – 24 hours as a week – Flexible schedule
