– Proficient in advanced Excel functions and data analysis
– Accounting certificate required; bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
– Experience with Procore (ERP) and JD Edwards – Oracle accounting software
– Solid understanding of tax regulationsOther Language Requirements: English
– Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
– Reasons for Language Requirement: Communication with suppliers across Canada
– Frequency of Use: DailyYour role:– Handle the end-to-end accounts payable process for designated projects.
– Match invoices with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
– Monitor and manage the invoice approval workflow.
– Coordinate and execute vendor payments during scheduled payment runs.
– Reconcile vendor accounts and project-related statements.
– Investigate and resolve billing issues with input from Project Managers.
– Support Project Managers throughout project life cycles by collecting necessary documentation.
