– Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced environment.Language Requirements: English
– Level of Proficiency Required: Intermediate
– Reasons for Language Requirement: Communication with clients, support operations in another region, customer support
– Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Key Responsibilities:– Full-cycle Accounts Payable
– Invoice processing and coding
– Matching purchase orders and reconciling discrepancies
– Vendor management and payment runs
– Monthly AP reconciliations
– Preparing reports related to AP as neededThis position is 5 days in-office and offers the opportunity to work alongside a motivated and talented team, all while enjoying an incredible view of the city.
