This is a full-time, direct hire Accounting role. This company designs, develops and manufactures technology used for polarization measurement. For over 50 years they have been delivering innovative products to their customers. This is a laid back enviroment that supports growth and rewards success.  

In this role, you will be supporting the accounting manager doing a variety of tasks that include accounts receivable, processing customer POs and sales orders and assisting with financial statements. This is a great opportunity to plant your feet with a company to continue your career.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Process all accounts receivable tasks:
  •  POs, sales order and invoices
• Reconcile and post payments
• Maintain customer accounts within ERP system

Accounting Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years recent accounting experience, specifically in AR
• Experience using an ERP or MRP software such as SAP, Oracle or similar
• Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel

Pay
: $25-28/hr depending on experience
