Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in NORWICH, Connecticut. This role is pivotal in the healthcare sector and focuses on auditing, processing, and managing patient credits. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, your primary function will be to ensure accurate customer credit records, resolve customer queries, and oversee customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Verify that patients are due a credit, through auditing over payments.

• Ensure correct postings of patient credits.

• Post corrections as needed to maintain accurate records.

• Conduct audits of credits to confirm they are due to the patient before posting.

• Utilize accounting software systems, ERP solutions, and CRM tools to process customer credit applications and maintain records.

• Leverage analytical skills to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.

• Utilize ADP – Financial Services and ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient accounts receivable management.

• Handle billing functions and manage accounts payable (AP) along with accounts receivable (AR).

• Monitor cash activity and ensure accurate accounting functions.

• Use your receivables experience to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP – Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM

• Knowledge of ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to work with ERP Solutions

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Cash Activity management
