Accounts Receivable Clerk

A well known manufacturer of clean fuel systems is looking to add an Account Receivable Clerk to their growing team. If you have at least 2 years of account receivable experience and are looking for the opportunity to move into an established company, this role may be the perfect fit for you!

In this full-time, temporary to hire Account Receivable Clerk opportunity, you will be processing AR, performing collection calls, and putting together reporting.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Duties:

• Work with shipping to create invoices to charge customers
• Scan and save invoices and documents
• AR Collection calls
• Send statements
• Collect freight costs and add to invoices
• Manage AR reports

Schedule:
 Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Salary:
 $30-$33

Account Receivable Clerk Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of account receivable experience
• Comfortable with collections calls
• Advanced excel (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• ERP/MRP experience
• Degree or certification in accounting
