Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be essential in managing financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting system.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Duties:

• Prepare and review sales invoices for accuracy and alignment with sales team instructions
• Manage and reconcile documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), inventory data, and invoices
• Oversee monthly closings by reviewing and updating invoices, ensuring proper recording of title transfer dates
• Monitor AR aging reports, apply payments to invoices, and update invoicing information in internal systems
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status and handle special invoicing requests

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an AR role or similar
• Proficient in financial software applications, including QuickBooks, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing large data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Degree in accounting or finance strongly preferred

Salary: $27.00 – $31.25 per hour, depending on experience
