Join us now and point your career forward!Job SummaryLocation: Servomax, 1790 rue Beaulac, Ville St LaurentSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5 pmAs an Accounts Receivables Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Communique with clients via phone or email

Upload invoices to clients’ portals and verify payment statusGenerate and send out invoices and statementsFollow up on, collect and allocate payments * Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

  • Enter daily key data of financial transactions in database
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

About you:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma or relevant certification
  • 3 years accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Competency in MS Office, Dynamic GP, and other accounting software
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Well organized and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Ability to perform data entry, filing and record keeping tasks
  • Bilingual in French and English
