Great direct hire opportunity with one of the largest property management companies as an 
Office Administrative Assistant.

This is a full-time, direct to hire role. This company is seeking a bilingual
Office Administrative Assistant
that helps support the Community Managers, Service Managers, for properties throughout the West coast.  This company primarily specializes in manufactured homes and have properties through out the Pacific Northwest. 

In this role, you will be working closely with the field service team, community managers and regional manager doing a variety of administrative tasks including internal customer service, data entry and document preparation. Each day will look a little different with a team that values communication and eagerness to learn, so if you like variety then this could be a great next step .

Office Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Assisting community managers and regional managers in document prep, notices, invoices and general communication with tenants  
  • Maintain accurate tenants information

Office Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • 6 Months to 1 year previous administrative experience in an office setting
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Bilingual

Schedule
: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

: $22-25/hr depending on experience
