Flexible Location: Based throughout Scotland, NES is a remote friendly employer supporting office and hybrid working.All three vacancies have flexible working locations, however, please note that as part of NES hybrid working arrangements, flexibility to travel to our offices is a requirement of all our roles. We are the official provider of workforce statistics for NHS Scotland and support national workforce planning. We design and develop digital technologies supporting innovation and transformation.Our goal is to create a workforce that meets the needs of the People of Scotland, through collaboration with staff, learners, and our stakeholders. The NES Strategy 2023-26 outlines our ambitions as a national statutory learning organisation and our strategic positioning within the health and social care innovation landscape.The Medical Directorate is responsible to the NES Board and through the Board to Scottish Government for the commissioning and delivery of postgraduate medical education in Scotland. The role of the Directorate is to oversee training, manage the trainee’s progress through the training programme and ensure the training is delivered to GMC standards.The OpportunityWe currently have three Admin Officer vacancies across our Medical Directorate. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join these highly talented teams.You will be part of a wider team of administrators providing comprehensive administrative and technical support for the delivery of services across NES. In these exciting and varied roles, you will collaborate across multiple workstreams and organisations, having a direct impact on the successful delivery of education and training for the health and social care workforce in Scotland.These roles will offer the opportunity to gain a wider understanding/working knowledge of the services provided by NES.
