A local fencing manufacturing and distribution company is
looking to bring on an administrative assistant to their team. This is a
temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that is family-owned, small-business
focused, and invests in the growth and development of their employees. Once
fully trained you will move into their Branch Administrator role!
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly
and monthly billing reports - AR & AP functions
- File payroll
reports - Monthly account
reconciliation - Additional
responsibilities as needed
This is a great opportunity for someone with some
accounting skills that wants to continue to learn new skills and are highly
organized.
Administrative Requirements:
- 2+ years
accounting or bookkeeper experience - Proficient with
QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook - Strong written
and verbal communication skills - Work
comfortably with confidential information
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $22-25/Hour DOE
