Do you have accounting experience and looking to further your career in an office environment? Then this Administrative role could be the

A local fencing manufacturing and distribution company is
looking to bring on an administrative assistant to their team. This is a
temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that is family-owned, small-business
focused, and invests in the growth and development of their employees. Once
fully trained you will move into their Branch Administrator role!

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly
    and monthly billing reports
  • AR & AP functions
  • File payroll
    reports
  • Monthly account
    reconciliation
  • Additional
    responsibilities as needed

This is a great opportunity for someone with some
accounting skills that wants to continue to learn new skills and are highly
organized.

Administrative Requirements:

  • 2+ years
    accounting or bookkeeper experience
  • Proficient with
    QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong written
    and verbal communication skills
  • Work
    comfortably with confidential information

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $22-25/Hour DOE
