In this role, your day will involve answering phones, filing, scanning, entering and verifying invoices, greeting visitors, and assisting with miscellaneous office projects as needed. Receptionist Job Duties:
- Completing data entry and preparing
reports through excel - Taking inbound phone calls and
assisting answering customer questions - Greeting people and managing the
front desk
Receptionist Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
Outlook - Excellent Verbal and written communication
skills - Ability to lift up to 35lbs and
spend the majority of the day sitting at a desk
Schedule: Monday-Friday,
7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $21-24/hr depending on experience
