We have partnered together since 2005, and we operate warehouse facilities in both Canada and the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization in acomplex, multi-faceted production facility located in Lethbridge Alberta.What you will be doingSupporting a staff of approximately 35 full-time employees, the administrator is a central role to our success. In addition to the general administrative functions listed below, the administrator will also be involved in important activities which connect our staff to the community, celebrate the diversity in our workplace and support our many improvement initiatives.Role Purpose:Provide personal secretarial services and administrative assistance while exercising initiative and judgment on a regular basis. Work independently under general direction of the General Manager, providing administrative and clerical support including records management, billing, payroll, personnel records, etc. Provide advanced administrative support for senior management as well as courteous, responsive and accurate information to associates.Key Accountabilities:
