Administrative Assistant

This company is a business trade association dedicated to supporting the regional defense and security industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative, fun, and innovative work environment.

What You’ll Do as an Administrative Specialist:

  • Manage and distribute emails across team inboxes
  • Set up rooms and equipment for live webinars
  • Take notes during webinars and provide administrative support
  • Organize files, contracts, and essential documentation
  • Assist with government projects and contracts
  • Participate in live conferences and events

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Military experience is a plus but not required

Work Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (fully on-site)
  • Location: Renton, WA (bus accessible)
  • Pay: $25/hour
