The team is based within various locations across Angus.Working within a team you will provide care and support to patients and support to their carers within a clinic setting.Angus Health and Social Care Partnership is in the implementation phase of Transforming Primary Care Services and part of this new work is to develop and embed a new model to provide treatment room care for patients in Angus.Duties include management and triage of out-patient referrals to clinic appointments across CTAC sites in Angus, and supporting and facilitating administrative processes. It is essential you possess excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this position. Previous experience in an office environment is essential as is the ability to work within a team environment. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience of would be advantageous and additional knowledge of NHS appointment booking systems would be desirable.You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and referring appropriately to the registered professional. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
