This is a full-time temporary-to-hire Administrative Assistant opportunity to work for a leading distributor and designer of lab products.
In this role, you are responsible for answering customer calls and emails, placing orders, entering them into their system, and tracking order statuses.
Office Assistant Job Duties:
- Assist with general office duties, answering phones, and greeting people
- Data entry using accounting system
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Quoting prices
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Office Assistant Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- High School diploma
- Customer service skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
Pay:
$20/HR
