A well-known small non-profit organization is looking to add an experienced
Administrative Assistant
to join their team!
This is a temporary role where you’ll play a pivotal role in their day-to-day duties and help keep the office running smoothly.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Answer phones, manage emails, and coordinate meetings
- Handle data entry and documentation
- Present a positive and professional image for the organization
- Support with coordinating and planning events
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm
Pay: $20.75 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Suite
- At least 6 months of customer service
- Communication and phone skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
