This Administrative Administrative position with an established moving and storage company in NE Portland could be your next career move.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that offers full-time hours and a great work-life balance. No experience in the moving and storage industry needed!

Administrative Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Customer service
  • Team-work/Communication
  • Take and place calls
  • Sorting and maintaining driver records and invoices

You would be successful in this position if you are self-motivated and enjoy a job where the days fly by!

Administrative Administrative Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative position or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday

*You will work 8 hours shifts, and work between the hours of 6:30am – 5pm. Open and closing shifts will be determined on a weekly basis depending on staff availability.

Pay: $21-25/hour depending on experience

Location: NE Portland, OR
