Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for purchasing materials, entering data into department spreadsheets, pay allocation entries for benefits and retirement funds, and documenting standard operating procedures.  

Administrative Assistant Job Description:

  • Invoice processing and supplying quotes to vendors
  • Inventory and ordering materials
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Uploads payroll contribution information

You will be successful in this Administrative Assistant role if you have are highly detail oriented, can fluctuate seamlessly between tasks, enjoy data entry, and comfortable communicating between departments.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Administrative Office Experience
  • Data Entry, can proficiently use MS Office Suites, EXCEL, Outlook
  • Able to handle sensitive HR-related information
  • Have a valid Washington Drivers license
  • Can lift 10Lbs+

Pay: $23 – $25 per hour
