This is a full-time and temp to hire opportunity

Receptionist Duties:

  • Answer and route inbound phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and
    appointments
  • Provide general support to
    visitors
  • Develop and update administrative systems to
    make them more efficient 
  • Back-up to CSR Any other duties
    assigned by Plant Manager. ?

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • 3 years progressive administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong decision making skills when managing schedules
  • Good problem-solving skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

Pay: $18

Location: West Phoenix
