This is a full-time and temp to hire opportunity
Receptionist Duties:
- Answer and route inbound phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and
appointments - Provide general support to
visitors - Develop and update administrative systems to
make them more efficient - Back-up to CSR Any other duties
assigned by Plant Manager. ?
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- 3 years progressive administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong decision making skills when managing schedules
- Good problem-solving skills
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $18
Location: West Phoenix
