A private Art & Design college based in Tacoma, Washington that focuses on the visual arts, is looking for a registrar.
As part of the team, you’ll develop relationships with students while providing support with registering them for classes, maintain student records , and entering grades.
They have a great office environment everyone is there to help each other and make sure the students are taken care of.
Registrar Job Duties:
- Answer multi-line phones
- Assist with campus events
- Verify & enter students grade
- Schedule orientations
- Provide customer service in person and via phone
You will be successful in this role if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a diverse customer base.
Schedule: Monday-Thrusday 7am-5pm & Friday 7a-11a
Pay: $30/hr
Customer Service Job Requirements:
- 1 year of front desk, registrar , or call center experience
- 1 year of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
