A transportation company in Everett is looking for an experienced Administrative Specialist to add to their team.

This company has been in business for over 40 years. This is a 2-month temp opportunity with full-time hours, with the opportunity to go longer for the right person!

Administrative Specialist Duties:

  • Taking meeting notes and transcribing
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Filing and scanning records
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Data entry

You will be successful if you are flexible, detail-oriented, and a problem solver who loves coming up with creative solutions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Administrative Specialist Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of general administrative experience
  • General office practice experience, including correspondence and filing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.

Salary: $23-$25/hr
