This is your chance to play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive top-notch service.Key Responsibilities:– Organise and manage the mortgage adviser’s diary appointments.
– Submit customer applications to various lending institutions.
– Prepare and submit necessary documents to lenders.
– Oversee the application process from submission to offer in a timely manner.
– Prepare quotations for ancillary products for client presentations.
– Prepare suitability reports for the adviser’s presentation.The Ideal Candidate:– Has an interest in finance as well as excellent Customer Service.
– Works efficiently, enthusiastically, and proactively whilst on their own.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure all deadlines are met.
– Strong communication skills for interacting with mortgage lenders, clients, and professional connections.
– Able to work well under pressure and use their own initiative.
Working Hours:– Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. occasional Saturday AM based in Hawick but there may be requirements to work in Galashiels occasionally.
– Occasionally required to work Saturday mornings.
