The position will primarily support the Health and Safety & Training needs of the team based out of our Red Deer, Alberta location.What we offer:

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of our third party safety software- Intelex. Ensuring that HSE data points are recorded accurately and meeting deadlines
- Supporting the operations team ensuring they have the required information to execute the work safely
- You are well organized when performing administrative functions such as, ensuring documentation is collected and store properly, and maintaining training records confirming training is complete and valid
- Safety is our main priority- Helping out the team with HSE field audits by conducting inspections in the field and the shop to ensure compliance
- Monitoring all HSE materials including manual, SDS binder, etc.
Role Specifications
- Minimum Grade 12 education- related administrative support certificate considered an asset
- 2+ years’ experience related role
- Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Suite of products

- Your attention to detail is strong! When something is off you’re proactive in getting it fixed
- You’re happiest working in a team and representing CEDA and have the ability to work independently
- You’re flexible – a job like this requires some flexibility in scheduling
