Your Role
At the heart of any successful business is the admin and reception team, playing a vital role in welcoming visitors and supporting the business unit. In this position, you will lead the administrative efforts, serving as a central figure in the smooth operation of the business unit
Your Responsibilities

Within this role you will be responsible for providing dedicated administration support to the business unit along with being the first point of contact.

Key activities will focus around the booking of car hire requests together with hotel bookings.

Managing the meeting room bookings alongside raising any agencies timesheets reports, raising purchaseorders and ordering stationery.

On a monthly basis you will be updating the organisational charts.

Manage the attendance management system, running reports and checking data.

Ownership for the onsite printers, ordering toners, service requests and monthly meter reading.
Your Skills and Experiences

Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook

Attention to detail coupled with the ability to take ownership and responsibility

Analytical & problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills
